The Levels of Samathi I teach
01.
Level 1 Samathi
Breathing techniques and quiet states of mind.
Breathing techniques are the central skills needed for every state and level of meditation.
You must relearn your awareness using your breathing, as 99.9% of the time we live our life unaware, with our minds being dictated by greed, anger, and infatuation. We live in a continuous cycle of these 3 emotions, tying an addictiveness to our minds, and bodies harshly.
The anatomy of our thoughts is animated, and constructed by these 3, stated components.
Resulting in regretful, automatic responses, becoming aware, and realising the consequences long after it’s too late.
Learning breathing techniques sounds quite simple, but actually is “the key to everything “ and furthermore complex and crucial than people think.
Many individuals are able to carry out breathing during meditation, but they don’t fully understand or recognise the correct way, why, and how we should be using breathing inside meditation.
Once you learn to understand the process, of what transpires when breathing, you’ll be able to learn how to remain in a quiet state of mind, progressing onto how to maintain this state for a lengthy period of time.
All the while I’ll be teaching you how to separate your body and mind, not to perceive them as one.
(Exposure to view trauma and emotions from an alternate perspective, so you can start to break free from trauma in a healthy way, recognising it as a separate identity, unstuck and apart from you.)

Level 2 Samathi
Observation of awareness, consciousness, Samathi, and feeling deeply touched, releasing toxic energy.
To observe and identify where your awareness lies, and to where it should be placed.
Gives you the next vital key, in order to unlock the ability to improve your Samathi significantly. Developing the skills required to travel to different levels and states, and as well as to maintain a state for a long, stable, and sustained period of time.
Inside a region where toxic energy can be truly and authentically released.
This process disciplines ourselves to repeatedly pinpoint our focus, with the use of breathing that allows us to travel into more peaceful and soothing states. Does not contribute to emotions, nor continuous flows of thoughts and creative imagination, but rather to diverge from an ‘overflowing path’.
Learning an ability of how to truly stop ruminating in any emergent or hindering ideas, by the use of specific breathing techniques, accompanied by our conscious, and observing focus.
Once you start practicing repetitively, continuing this healthy habit, you will begin to understand the very quick pathway that your mind disturbingly takes you on, forming a familiarisation to the cycle of returning back to awareness.
Encouraging a state of consciousness and Samathi naturally in you, adeptly making it an engrained habit throughout steady practice.
We can then use these crucial, life gained skills to re-enter a state of peace daily, avoiding toxic cycles and thoughts we once attached onto tensely all together.
(Training your mind to re-exercise your irregular thought patterns formed by trauma, that falls into a ‘looping state’ of toxicity which we want to prevent, and instead form a new positive and relaxed habit cycle, which will help train your mind to be more aware and fall away from a ‘looping state’.)
03.
Level 3 Samathi
Achieving delightfulness state of mind, dwelling in peacefulness and inner soul healing.
Delightfulness state of mind is the next higher, and further complex level in meditation, it has a momentous result in healing, especially for ‘resetting’ your mind and body out of extreme anxious thoughts, and intense toxic emotions. It exposes you to an ‘authentic peace’ that of which, only experience residing in this level, causes you to realise serenely; no sum of money in the world can acquire this state of liberation, and relinquish of the mind. Rehabilitating you internally.
It will take a great deal of committed practice and patience with my guidance, however I can assure you it is very much worth every effort.
In this state of Samathi, your mind and body are isolated from judging; thoughts, noise, smell, taste, and touch, disregarding and abandoning every single interaction, with external, as well as internal, stimuli. Furthermore, the body itself operates at a very low blood pressure besides the mind, that is abundantly free of all disorganised thoughts.
Producing a profound, and once in a lifetime experience, of heavy internal appreciation for an incomparable, ‘delightful’ sensation found, in which is of a unique impact formed, by an ‘emptiness’ discovered in Samathi level 3.
Losing purpose of a perception that grips insatiability, crawling on by the use and way of false, feeding fulfillment, like a need to be answered upon a wish, a desire to own assets, to fuel unending potential.
A first hand-acknowledgement is earned and received learning a truth, only by exposure is learnt, that genuine happiness isn’t being attached to obtaining or owning objects, but to ‘abandon’ this longing, gifts you a distinct happiness only attained through meditation.
The overall benefit of entering Samathi level 3 is learning to deepen the mind, and dive into the most healthy feeling of temperament and calmness.
Producing a direct effect on how you execute your decisions in life towards good Karma.
This level 3 Samathi state, progression training requires 40 – 60 minutes in each practice, and a personal continuation/commitment for 3 – 6 months.
(The end goal is to have our clients satisfied with a clear significant change in quality of life, walking away with a gift used for life, to combat trauma in a realistic, and mindful way.)
04.
Level 4 Samathi
Mind free state Samathi, unlock your pure authentic mind.
This Samathi state allows you an encounter with your pure authentic mind, transitioning you to accept the absence of creativity, and innovation we typically hold desire for, allowing a distinct, mind free state.
In this state your physical body slows down to a coma like state, blood flow decelerates, and transitions to a much lighter and gentler rate. As for the brain, it remains inactive, existing only in a silent manner, adjusting itself to dwell on a drastically lower frequency. Inhabiting a healthier and clearer version of your mind that exists in this state or space.
This effect also participates all the way to your form of breathing internally.
As the cycle of automative breathing still flows, it softens, becoming more, and more delicate, turning into a scarcely sensed, or located sensation, faded to expiry, no longer in existence.
When, residing in this space, the mind is found relieved of attachments, not even the body can be recognised as a possession here.
It feels strange firsthand, however once you become familiar, and adapt to the feelings leading here, you’ll find this mind free state is of vital essence, and fundamental necessity.
Sending you towards knowledge, earnt from a purely authentic, undisturbed mind, which can only be attained in a mind free state of Samathi.
This is the Samathi level, which Buddha used as a vehicle to gain 3 main pieces of knowledge, and finally found that, once the “Craving of desire” was extinguished, the mind is then legitimately free, and “true wisdom” is born through your mind.
This level 4 Samathi state progression training requires 40 – 60 minutes practice, twice daily, and a personal continuing commitment for 3 – 6 months.

1st Course
(Level 1 Samathi)
Learning breathing techniques, how to observe the separation of body and mind, quiet states of mind, the crucial skills and foundations to construct meditation.
Consists of 6 sessions = ( 2 sessions per week / 1 hour per session )
Price $670 (for 6 sessions)
- Starting to distance our minds from disturbing thoughts, and recognising how to, and where to, aim your focus transitioning into a quiet state of mind
We will discuss thoughts disturbing and hindering your mind, then I’ll teach you how to diverge your focus away from those undesirable thoughts, following on how to accompany and heighten your awareness in the present, by the usage of specific breathing techniques.
Leading you into a quiet state of mind.
(Client will need ongoing independent, private practice in-between meetings to consistently keep up your level and progression. This makes us move at a more consistent pace in sessions.)

2nd Course
(Level 2 Samathi)
How to use observation to travel into a calmer Samathi state, unlocking true release, deeply moved sentiment, the release of toxic energy, the process of identifying differences between awareness, consciousness, and Samathi.
Consists of 8 sessions = ( 2 sessions per week / 1 hour per session )

- Starting to enter a state of healing, joyful, and heartfelt ambiance, releasing toxic energy, by learning to identify the differences in our Samathi observation
For this Samathi state I will start by teaching you to be steady, and consistent, in letting go the action of judging thoughts, and separate emerging thoughts. Retraining the mind’s pathway, guiding you until your mind is truly able to unchain from thoughts, leading onto entering a healing, joyful state, where the mind meets a true heartfelt experience. Ultimately Learning how to identify the differences between focus, awareness, and the present state of mind, alongside the usage of breathing techniques, in the process. skills gained from the 1st course are used to develop, and intertwine this knowledge into a further sculpted, and refined form of meditation.
It is more progressed and skills earned from the 1st course is a must.
This Samathi level 2 is an important foundation in order to achieve Samathi level 3.

3rd Course
(Level 3 Samathi)
Achieving delightfulness state of mind.
Customised sessions
We will be learning and identifying the differences between; an awareness state of mind, a conscious state of mind, and a Samathi state of mind. In order to remain residing in level 3 for a lengthy period, until the mind is capable of letting go touched, joyful feelings you achieved in Samathi level 2.
Slowly traveling into the delightfulness state of mind, discovering your body weighing lightly, a delicate breathing cycle, and the mind full of delightful feelings, dissimilar to the previous level.
This is the most peaceful place to be, requiring several hours of practice in order to direct, and form your mind to memorise the pathway in travelling into this state. The longer you can reside in this state, the more your mind and body heals.

4th Course
(Level 4 Samathi)
Achieving Mind free state Samathi.
Customised sessions
In this session, I will teach you how we can use Samathi Level 3 as a vehicle, to achieve a mind free state. I will guide you through, step by step, until you meet the genuine “mind”, unattached to anything, not even the body, the brain, nor your thoughts, only being left with your pure authentic mind, remaining like an energy. A true humble feeling, being aligned with your genuine, natural form is an experience in itself.
It is important to have a system, and be able to know the different levels of meditation, slowly advancing through patiently, since we are letting go those that start from easier to harder attachments. Through every state. Since meditation isn’t just closing your eyes and following your feelings or opinions, this doesn’t get you anywhere, a system must be set in order, to be able to achieve them.
